Coconut Rum
A citrusy, frothy twist on island flavors — coconut rum, passionfruit, and lime set sail together in this bright, breezy sour.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Broken Plank Coconut Rum
    • 1 oz fresh lime juice
    • ¾ oz simple syrup
    • 1 oz passionfruit puree
    • Garnish: dehydrated lime wheel

    Instructions:

    1. Add coconut rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and passionfruit puree to a shaker with ice.
