2 oz Broken Plank Coconut Rum
3 oz pineapple juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
Garnish: pineapple wedge
Instructions:
Add coconut rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled, then strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
