The Swizzle Recipe

Spiced & Silver Rum
Two handcrafted rums — silver and spiced — combined in a refined swizzle with lime, falernum, and aromatic bitters. Crafted for slow sipping.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Broken Plank Spiced Rum
• 1 oz Broken Plank Silver Rum
• ¾ oz fresh lime juice
• ½ oz falernum
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• Garnish: mint sprig

Instructions:

1. Add spiced rum, silver rum, lime juice, falernum, and bitters to a swizzle or tall glass filled with crushed ice.
2. Swizzle (or stir) to combine and chill the drink.
3. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
