Coconut Rum & Dark Rum
Morning, noon, or midnight — this creamy coconut coffee creation is the perfect companion for slow sips and fast stories.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Broken Plank Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz Broken Plank Dark Rum
  • 3 oz freshly brewed coffee (hot or iced)
  • ½ oz simple syrup (optional, depending on your sweetness preference)
  • ¼ oz heavy cream (for a creamy finish)
  • Garnish: grated chocolate or cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. Brew your coffee and let it cool slightly if you prefer an iced version.
  2. Add coconut rum, dark rum, and coffee to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well to combine and chill.
  4. Strain into a glass (either served hot or over ice for a cold version).
  5. Drizzle heavy cream over the top for a creamy texture.
